Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts. Send personalised outreach to three warm prospects based on their recent LinkedIn activity and news triggers.

CRM Update & Forecast
Log all call notes, update deal stages, and record next steps. Weekly forecast submitted to the revenue lead before end of day. Clean pipeline, clean head.

Write the technical sections of an active RFP response. Clear, precise, no boilerplate. Every proposal here reflects actual understanding of the client's environment.

Knowledge Base & Handoff
Document the demo feedback in the shared knowledge base. Hand off the proposal draft to the account executive with a brief async Loom walkthrough.

Hiring Pipeline Review
Review open roles and candidate statuses across engineering, sales, and support. Co-ordinate interview slots with three hiring managers and send day's schedule to candidates.

Interviews & Screenings
Two structured first-round interviews — one for a cloud engineer role, one for a business development position. Evaluating not just skills but culture fit, communication clarity, and growth potential.

L&D & Onboarding
Run a 45-minute onboarding session with a new joiner — covering culture, tools, and the learning roadmap for their first 90 days. Update the certification tracker for the quarter.

People Check-ins
Informal 1-on-1s with two team members flagged for feedback or growth conversations. HR here isn't a process — it's a relationship. Every conversation feeds directly into career planning.

Policy, Compliance & Wrap
Update the employee handbook section on hybrid policy, review outstanding offer letters, and respond to pending queries on leaves and benefits. End the day with everything acknowledged.
