Life at Signisys

Life at Signisys

What it's really like to work here — the culture, the people, the pace, and the growth opportunities that define our team.

Day in the Life

What does an average day look like?

Pick a team to see how a typical day unfolds — from morning kick-off to end-of-day wrap.

9:30 — 10:00
Morning Sync
Quick team stand-up reviewing campaign KPIs from the previous day — impressions, engagement rates, and lead quality. Priorities are set for the day.
10:00 — 12:30
Content & Campaign Work
Drafting LinkedIn thought-leadership posts, updating the website content calendar, and coordinating with the design team on a new brand asset for an upcoming event.
13:30 — 15:00
Demand Gen Review
Cross-functional meeting with sales to review inbound lead quality. Discuss which campaigns are generating sales-qualified conversations and which need refinement.
15:00 — 17:00
Analytics & Optimisation
Deep-dive into Google Analytics and paid ad dashboards. Adjusting bids, testing new ad creatives, and drafting a weekly performance report for the leadership team.
17:00 — 18:00
End-of-Day Wrap
Respond to async comments, update the content tracker, schedule tomorrow's social posts, and log campaign updates. Clean close before 6 PM.
"Every campaign we run is seen by real enterprise decision-makers. The feedback loop here is faster than anywhere I've worked — we test, learn, and adapt in days."

Marketing Team
9:30 — 10:15
Pipeline Review
Start the day reviewing your active deals in CRM. Flag follow-ups due today, review notes from last week's calls, and prioritise the top three accounts that need attention.
10:15 — 12:30
Client Calls & Discovery
Two discovery calls with mid-market prospects. You're not pitching products — you're mapping their infrastructure pain points. A good discovery call leads the technical team, not just a close.
13:30 — 15:00
Proposal Collaboration
Work with the presales and solutions team to shape a proposal for a cloud migration engagement. You bring client context; they bring technical credibility. The outcome is a document the client can act on.
15:00 — 17:00
Account Expansion & Outreach
Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts. Send personalised outreach to three warm prospects based on their recent LinkedIn activity and news triggers.
17:00 — 18:00
CRM Update & Forecast
Log all call notes, update deal stages, and record next steps. Weekly forecast submitted to the revenue lead before end of day. Clean pipeline, clean head.
"I closed my first six-figure deal in month four. The deal cycle is real, but you own the relationship entirely — there's no account manager between you and the client."

Senior Account Executive
Sales Team
9:30 — 10:30
Ticket Triage & Briefing
Review open support tickets and RFP briefs that came in overnight. Prioritise by deadline and complexity. Urgent client escalations are flagged immediately to the delivery lead.
10:30 — 12:30
Solution Design & Demo Prep
Build a demo environment for an upcoming prospect walkthrough — mapping the client's existing stack to a proposed solution architecture. Co-build with the cloud engineer assigned to this account.
13:30 — 15:30
Live Client Demo
Walk a prospect through a 90-minute product and solution demo. Answer technical questions live, handle objections on the spot, and capture feedback for the proposal team.
15:30 — 17:00
RFP & Proposal Writing
Write the technical sections of an active RFP response. Clear, precise, no boilerplate. Every proposal here reflects actual understanding of the client's environment.
17:00 — 18:00
Knowledge Base & Handoff
Document the demo feedback in the shared knowledge base. Hand off the proposal draft to the account executive with a brief async Loom walkthrough.
"I'm in front of enterprise CTOs explaining architecture trade-offs by month three. No waiting room, no shadow period. You're either ready to step up or we'll help you get there fast."

Presales Team
9:30 — 10:30
Hiring Pipeline Review
Review open roles and candidate statuses across engineering, sales, and support. Co-ordinate interview slots with three hiring managers and send day's schedule to candidates.
10:30 — 12:30
Interviews & Screenings
Two structured first-round interviews — one for a cloud engineer role, one for a business development position. Evaluating not just skills but culture fit, communication clarity, and growth potential.
13:30 — 15:00
L&D & Onboarding
Run a 45-minute onboarding session with a new joiner — covering culture, tools, and the learning roadmap for their first 90 days. Update the certification tracker for the quarter.
15:00 — 16:30
People Check-ins
Informal 1-on-1s with two team members flagged for feedback or growth conversations. HR here isn't a process — it's a relationship. Every conversation feeds directly into career planning.
16:30 — 18:00
Policy, Compliance & Wrap
Update the employee handbook section on hybrid policy, review outstanding offer letters, and respond to pending queries on leaves and benefits. End the day with everything acknowledged.
"Our job isn't admin — it's engineering the environment where great people do great work. Every hire, every onboarding, every conversation moves the culture forward."

Our Values

What we believe in — every day

These aren’t words on a wall. They’re how we make decisions, how we treat each other, and how we show up for clients.

Craft & Precision
We hold our work to an engineering standard — not just delivery, but design, documentation, and long-term maintainability.
Quality is the baseline, not the goal
Team Over Self
We celebrate team wins, support each other through hard problems, and mentor each other forward. No hero culture — only collective progress.
Collaboration is a competitive advantage
Bias for Action
We move quickly with purpose. Analysis paralysis has no home here.
Radical Transparency
Problems surfaced early. Credit given clearly. Leadership genuinely accessible.
Curiosity as Culture
We hire people who read release notes for fun and stay curious always.
Ownership Without Permission
If you see a problem, you own it until it’s solved. Act first, report second.
The Honest Comparison

We’re not for everyone. Here’s why that’s fine.

A big-company job has its merits. So does this one. Know what you’re choosing.

What you give up
A brand-name logo on your resume (at least for now)
A fully-defined job spec that never changes
A large team to absorb your mistakes quietly
The ability to coast for 12 months unnoticed
Predictable 9-to-5 scope on every delivery
What you gain
A resume with real architecture ownership at scale
The ability to shape how we do things
Senior-level visibility in 18 months, not 5 years
A team where everyone knows your name and your work
Direct line to leadership — no middleman
Compensation & Perks

Built for people who want to grow

We’re a growing company — so we’re honest about the trade-offs. Here’s what we invest in.

Certification Budget
Full exam reimbursement for AWS, Azure, Fortinet, Cisco. Study time built into your schedule.
Hybrid Flexibility
3 days in our Noida office, 2 days remote. Clear communication when on-site is higher.
Quarterly Career Reviews
Documented rubrics, honest feedback, clear path to next level.
Real Work from Week One
No six-month sandbox. Contributing to real outcomes from your first week.
Health Insurance
Group health cover for you and dependents. 100% employee premium, 50% dependents.
Weekly Learning Sessions
1-hour team-led sessions every week on real client problems and skills.
What People Say

In their own words

"The first time I presented to a CTO, I was 7 months in. Back at my old job, I would have been in that room as a note-taker for at least two years. Signisys treats you like an adult who knows their stuff."

Rohan Kumar
Senior Cloud Architect · 3 years
"The learning culture here is real — not a checkbox. My manager asked me in the first week which cert I wanted to pursue and put the budget aside immediately. I passed AWS Solutions Architect Pro in 4 months."
PN
Priya Nair
Security Practice Lead · 2.5 years
"I was nervous about joining a young company. The honest answer is: yes, things move fast and you carry more weight. But I’ve grown more technically in 18 months here than in 3 years at my previous employer."
