Launch your career in enterprise tech

Our Early Talent Program is designed for recent graduates and final-year students who want to build a career in enterprise technology. Over 6 months, you will work on real client projects, earn industry certifications, and receive mentorship from senior architects.

This is not a classroom training programme — it is a structured career launch with real responsibilities, real impact, and a clear path to a full-time engineering role.

We look for intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in enterprise technology — not a perfect academic record.
Final-year B.Tech / M.Tech students (CS, IT, ECE)
Recent graduates within 6 months of completion
Strong foundation in networking, cloud, or programming
Passion for enterprise technology and problem-solving
Available to work from our Noida office (3 days/week)
Programme Structure

The 6-month journey

Three distinct phases — each one building on the last, each one putting real work in front of you. No shadow periods. No waiting rooms.

Months 1–2  ·  Foundation
Core training in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), networking fundamentals, security basics, and enterprise tooling. Certification preparation begins — study time is built into your schedule, not added on top of it.
Months 3–4  ·  Specialisation
Choose your track: Cloud Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, or Infrastructure. Deep-dive workshops with senior architects, hands-on lab environments, and a dedicated mentor assigned to your track.
Months 5–6  ·  Live Client Work & Full Integration
Join a live client engagement under senior mentorship. Apply your skills to real enterprise challenges — cloud migrations, security deployments, data platform builds. Complete your capstone project, earn your industry certification, and present to the leadership team. You’re no longer a trainee — you’re an engineer.

Choose your practice area

At month three, you pick a track that matches your interests. Your mentor, lab environment, and client project will all be aligned to that track.

Cloud Engineering
Work on AWS and Azure deployments, cloud migration projects, and hybrid-cloud architecture design for enterprise clients across sectors.

Deploy and manage network security, endpoint protection, and identity solutions. Work with SOC environments and real threat-detection tooling from month four.

You are not on your own

Every early talent hire gets a named senior mentor, a structured onboarding roadmap, and regular check-ins — not a generic buddy system.

Named Senior Mentor
A Senior Engineer or Principal Consultant from your practice area is assigned to you from day one. Weekly 1-on-1s, open calendar access, and direct Slack line — always available, not performatively.

Structured Learning Roadmap
A documented 30-day onboarding plan and a certification pathway specific to your track. Study time is scheduled — not squeezed in between meetings. Your growth is measurable, not aspirational.

Mid-Programme Review
Documented rubrics per track. Honest feedback at month three. A clear articulation of what full integration looks like and exactly how to reach it. No ambiguity, no surprises.

ERG Mentorship Network
Access to Employee Resource Groups that connect you to cross-functional senior professionals. Informal coaching beyond your immediate team, facilitated by People & Culture.

Certification Budget
Full exam reimbursement for AWS, Azure, Fortinet, Cisco, and other certifications aligned to your track. You earn at least one during the programme — we cover the cost and the prep time.

Direct Leadership Access
is a lean, fast-moving company. No layers of middle management between you and the decisions being made. Your capstone presentation is to the leadership team — and they listen.

Questions graduates always ask

Honest answers to the six things every graduate wants to know before they submit their application.

No. We look for strong academic foundations, genuine curiosity about enterprise technology, and the ability to think through problems clearly — not a polished CV.
The majority of graduates who complete the 6 months receive an offer. No automatic guarantee, but we are always honest during the mid-programme review about where you stand.
Application review → Screening call → Skill assessment → Technical interview → Offer. Completed within 3 weeks. Evaluation criteria disclosed upfront.
You indicate your preferred track at application. During months 1–2, you work across all areas before final selection at month three. Preference respected, subject to seat availability.
At least 3 days/week from our Noida office. In-person mentorship and lab access are essential during Foundation and Specialisation. From month five, requirements may vary by client engagement.
At least one industry cert fully funded. Cloud: AWS SA Associate or Azure Admin. Security: CompTIA Security+ or Fortinet NSE. Data: AWS Data Analytics or Microsoft DP-900.
